GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION

These General Terms & Conditions govern your participation in The Woman Within Retreat (the "Retreat") scheduled for July 15-20, 2026 at Basundari resort in Ubud, Bali. By registering for the Retreat or making any payment toward it, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these terms.

RETREAT DETAILS

The Woman Within Retreat is a 6-day, 5-night experience designed for women to reconnect with themselves, prioritise well-being, and tap into their deeper desires and power. The Retreat includes accommodation, meals, workshops, ceremonies, and access to resort amenities as detailed in the Retreat description.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Private Bedroom:

• $6,500 AUD - pay in full
• $6,900 AUD - payment plan

Shared Bedroom:

• $5,900 AUD - pay in full
• $6,200 AUD - payment plan

Payment Terms:

• Full payment option: Complete payment secures your spot with applicable discount
• Payment plan: A non-refundable $750 AUD deposit secures your spot with the remaining balance due by June 30th, 2026 (12:00am AEST)

• By making any payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions
• Upon receiving your payment, we will contact you directly with further details

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The $750 AUD deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances
• Cancellations made 90+ days before the retreat: Full refund of any additional amounts paid beyond the deposit. $250 will be retained as an administration fee.
• Cancellations 60-89 days before the retreat: 50% refund of additional amounts beyond deposit
• Cancellations 30-59 days before the retreat: 25% refund of additional amounts beyond deposit
• Cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

RETREAT CANCELLATION BY HOSTS

The Hosts reserve the right to cancel the Retreat due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, health emergencies, or insufficient participant numbers. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of payments made or the option to transfer to a future retreat.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Take responsibility for their own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing
• Obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance (proof required 30 days before retreat)
• Secure all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) for entry to Indonesia
• Disclose any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or limitations that might affect participation
• Respect the privacy and experience of other participants
• Comply with all reasonable directions from Retreat hosts

TRAVEL & INSURANCE

• Participants are solely responsible for their travel arrangements to and from Bali
• Comprehensive travel and health insurance is mandatory and must include coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation
• The Hosts are not responsible for any costs associated with travel delays, cancellations, or emergencies

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PRIVACY

• All Retreat content, materials, and methodologies are the intellectual property of the Hosts
• Participants may be photographed or recorded during the Retreat; by attending, you grant permission for your image to be used in promotional materials unless you opt out in writing
• Personal information shared by participants during the Retreat must be kept confidential
• The Hosts will maintain the privacy of participant information except as required by law

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

• The Retreat is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice
• The Hosts make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from participation
• The Hosts are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred in connection with the Retreat
• Participants assume all risks associated with international travel and retreat activities

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure is a result of circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or civil unrest). Alternative arrangements will be offered if possible.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
