Conscious Consulting with Chloe Cocks

By purchasing or engaging with any service offered by Conscious Consulting, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms apply to all offerings including (but not limited to):

• Human Design reports and integration sessions
• Nervous System Reset sessions
• Mentorship containers
• Workshops and masterclasses
• Retreats or events
• Corporate consulting or team sessions

1. Payment & Purchase

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise specified.

Payment plans may be offered for certain services. When selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services.

2. Nature of the Work

Conscious Consulting services combine leadership mentoring, Human Design, nervous system education, intuitive guidance, and reflective coaching practices.

This work is intended to support:

• self-awareness
• personal development
• leadership growth
• emotional and nervous system regulation

While many clients experience meaningful transformation, results cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes depend on personal integration and life circumstances.

This work is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3. Session Booking & Rescheduling

Sessions must be booked using the scheduling link provided.

If you need to reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, may be considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled.

If Chloe needs to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, a new time will be offered as soon as possible.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the energetic preparation, time commitment, and often personalised nature of this work, purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, Conscious Consulting operates from integrity and care.

If you experience a genuine issue with your service or session, please reach out so it can be discussed and resolved wherever possible.

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own:

• decisions
• actions
• interpretations
• personal outcomes

The work provided through Conscious Consulting is intended to support insight and self-leadership, but clients remain responsible for how they apply this information in their lives and businesses.

6. Accuracy of Information

Some services (such as Human Design reports) require personal information such as birth date, time, and location.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information.

Inaccurate or incomplete details may affect the accuracy of the insights provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through Conscious Consulting — including:

• reports
• written content
• workshop materials
• frameworks
• recordings

— remain the intellectual property of Chloe Cocks and Conscious Consulting.

These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared commercially without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information and conversations shared during sessions will be treated with respect and confidentiality.

However, Conscious Consulting may reference generalised insights or themes in teaching or content creation without identifying personal details.

9. Online Sessions

Sessions delivered via Zoom or other digital platforms require the client to ensure:

• a stable internet connection
• a private and quiet space
• access to the relevant meeting link

Conscious Consulting is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the client’s side.

10. Changes to Services

Conscious Consulting reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or scheduling when required.

Any changes will be communicated clearly to clients.

11. Agreement

By purchasing or participating in any Conscious Consulting offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
